Hi There,
I have a daily newsletter that is available to subscribers of my membership site (managed by eMember)who pay monthly with PayPal(via eStore).
If the PayPal payment fails or is not renewed, is the subscription automatically revoked?
I ask this because someone has successfully subscribed to the membership site while the PayPal payment is still ‘pending’ as the funds have not yet cleared.
The email telling me this (generated by eStore) also tells me that the product will be delivered when the funds clear, however, in this case the product – the subscription to the membership site – seems to have already been delivered.
I’d be grateful for some clarity.

Yes, the membership account will be set to expired or inactive if a subscription is not renewed or payment fails.
