eMember automatic login not redirecting to member page

I have a registration set up which they will be automatically logged in after registration and they are redirected to a specific page in the membership level. However, when testing it, after I register I get sent to the general login area page instead of the specific page that is specified in the membership level. I have all the settings enabled so that’s not the issue. After they register, they should automatically be redirected to the specific page I set but it isn’t working. If I login, then I get redirected but not after I register.

Do you have the “Enable Auto Login After Registration” option in the settings menu of the eMember plugin enabled?

Also, remember that when the “Enable Auto Login After Registration” option is enabled, the user gets logged in immediately after registration so the after login redirection will get triggered (instead of the after registration redirection).

Yes, I have the “enable Auto Login After Redirection” enabled. Does that mean that I should not enable this if I want them to be automatically logged in after signing up if I want them to be automatically taken to their specific after registration redirection page?

This is what I want so please let me know how to do this: After they register, they automatically get logged in and redirected to their specific level “welcome” page which I have specified in their membership level settings.

Yes thats correct. Basically, if a member is logging in the site then the after login redirection will get triggered. So if you have auto login after registration, the login action will be the last action performed in that request and that will cause it to trigger the after login redirection.
