I’ve enabled the auto expiry from the settings page, but my members are not getting the expiry notice via email. I have an email being 15 days before and 2 days after. Neither are being released. I’ve also checked the timezone settings – just to make sure. Suggestions?
I’m using wordpress 3.4 and eMember 8.4.3
Thanks,
Chris
Please make sure to go into the “Email Settings” menu of eMember and fill in the email details correctly and save the settings.
Next, enable debug from eMember settings and keep the debug enabled for one full day. Share the content of the debug file with us tomorrow so we can see what it did in terms of member expiry email check.
You are getting the other email fine correct (Like the registration completion email)?
Email Settings: Council for Ohio Health Care Advocacy <membership@cohcaonline.org> I am getting all other emails
here is the debug file for the last 2 days.

It doesn’t look like any accounts expired in the last two days. Do you have any user account that is about to expire or should get this expiry notification email in the near future?
Attached is the debug report for January 1-6, 2013.

Update: Loaded fresh copy of eMember and everything is working now.
