In Woocommerce I need to be able to sell an emembership at variation level, not just at the top level. I cannot find how to do this, can anyone please help?

    Thanks

For WooCommerce, “Variable Product” is the correct terminology:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/variable-product

The “usual” eMember integration should then apply:

I think we have a misunderstanding. I did actually mean variation, not variable Product. I don’t mean sell the emembership at the top level of a variable product, but at the variation level itself.

A variable product will have several different vaiations. (e.g. the varibale product is T shirt, but the variations might be (1) blue T shirt, (2) red T shirt etc.

So although I can easily assign a membership level ID to the Variable product itself (which means anyone who buys [em]any[/em] colour T Shirt gets the membership account) what i want is to be able to assign the membership level ID at the variation, so for example the customer gets a membership account if they buy a red T shirt, but not a blue one.

Our emember plugin can only handle membership on a product level only. So a product can be connected to a membership level (not the variation).
