Hi, is it possible to have the eMember plugin and affiliate plugin work on a multi site setup for multiple memberships?

The multi-site option works like any other plugin. The sub-sites will have a completely different set of members and settings and all that.

OK great. And being on the one site, do you need a single or multiple site license for that?

The default license of eMember, eStore and affiliate platform allows you to install them on as many sites as you own and operate.
