I have a site that serves videos PPV style. I think I have everything up correctly. Members register, and can use the “add to cart” button to purchase a video, i.e – [wp_eStore_add_to_cart id=25]
I’ve protected each video with a membership level (Video 1 = Membership level 1, Video 2 = Membership level 2, etc). Members can of course have multiple membership levels for various videos.
After they progress through the membership registration, and then entering their CC information, Paypal Pro processes, and then returns the user to a “Thank you page”. E-mails get sent out that confirm the purchase.
However, when the member goes back to the protected content, it still shows it as restricted content. Sure enough I checked their account in eMember, and the membership level is still shown as “free” and isn’t updated with the membership level for the video they bought.
Is there a setting I’m missing here, or is my logic wrong in how it’s supposed to work? I hope I don’t have to manually confirm every membership.

Did you follow these instructions when setting up eStore with eMember?
Can you please enable debug for eStore and then share the output for tyhe following files after performing test purchase:
ipn_handle_debug.log
eStore_post_payment_debug.log
