Hi, I have set up a membership level for one product that will run on a protected page. I’m testing using a paypal button and using a credit card instead of paypal account. I get sent back to my web page I set up for payment received. I get emails from paypal of the purchase but then nothing else happens. I’ve looked at the videos but can’t figure where I’m going wrong. [www.lifestylebalancecoach.com/classes] is where I set up the “join us” page. If I go to that url it tells me to login or join today as it should. I checked debug and when I test again, there is nothing in the debug files. I’m definitely missing something here. Something between purchasing on paypal and the plugin receiving that info and acting. I turned in IPN in paypal. I am not using eStore. Thanks! Amy

Please, carefully describe for us, what plugins and versions you are using.

Thanks, I did find the instructions, finally, about setting up the code in paypal. So, now I purchased a sample product for .01 and used my name which is already a user in eMember. So I got an email about logging, not to register. All good, but when I log in, I get a page with info on my membership and not taken to the page for the product I bought. Which I have set up to redirect after login…

This has been quite the challenge getting set up! I’m now wondering if this will really work for me. I’ll have different products a client may purchase with different redirect pages. So, if they purchase more than one, they won’t be able to have a list of product pages to go to. Any ideas on a solution? Or will I just have to hunt for a different plugin? Thanks!

example: Several products: Mindful Movement Routine, 5 Daily Meditations, Getting started eating whole foods… Once they purchase one, then another, how will they find the link to the page that runs the embeded program for each one purchased? Just from the email?

I had a friend purchase the test product, she did get the registration email but when she clicked she got an error. It says that Safari can’t reach the website.

    Here is the debug:

    [deleted after checking the code]

    1. What was the ***** EXACT ***** error message she got from Safari?
    2. When she clicked the link, and got the error, did the URL in the address bar match the one in the email?

You have entered the following as your registration page URL (in the settings of this plugin). This URL is incorrect (try going to it and you will see the issue):

Go to the “Pages/Forms settings” menu of the plugin and correct the above URL then save the settings. Everything else looks good to me.
