After logging into free account, called students, I end up getting the following error: “You do not have permission to view this content.”
How are you protecting the page which you are redirecting to?
ie, are you using the “eMember Protection Options” section within the page’s edit menu or are you using eMember section protection shortcodes?
Also, please check the following:
1) Ensure that the redirect page you think you are going to is actually the one you have configured in the “Free” Membership Level settings page.
2)Please check that you have not inadvertently protected the page you are redirecting to with another membership level. You can set a different after login redirection page on a per membership level basis.
Hi Peter, sorry I haven’t gotten back to you sooner. I assumed I would get an email when someone replies. We all know what happens when you assume. Actually, the following day I logged into my member’s section and everything is working fine now. Thanks for your response though.
I did log in on Monday morning and I couldn’t find this post. I posted on a separate issue a couple of days ago and now that post is missing. What’s happening with the posts?
If you create multiple posts for the same issue, we will delete one of them (creating duplicate posts waste moderator’s time). You can see all yours posts from your forum profile page (click on your avatar link to get there).
