All my members expire on 31 October every year.
and the plugin worked well. this morning all members were expired
I setup membership levels with expiry date 31/10/2014 last year.
So this morning I updated all membership levels to 31/10/2015
If i look at my members list, they are all there and showing expired as they have not paid yet, and show membership expire 31/10/2015
Here is my problem
When I manually activate the ones who have paid and they login
the plugin makes the expired immediately
WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?
Did you create like a new membership level with an expiry of 31/10/2015 then move the member to that level?
This is what I would do.
1) Crete a new membersship level for next year.
2) When you want to manually add someone to this new level, you edit that member’s record and change the membership level. Also, change the account status to “Active”
3) Save the record.
I understand how that solution works for manual renewals.
Question: How do you automate that solution if a member renews online before 31 Oct?
This is a scenario that the plugin doesn’t cover unfortunately so I don’t really have any suggestion for an automated option for it.
