Tagged: administrative privileges
Hi, Recently i used wp eMember in one of my site. here is the link of that site
[http://easydatereminder.com.previewyoursites.com]
I have created one user which role is Administrator. But when user login they can’t access wp eMember Dashboard. I also setup option in page/settings to show dashboard to admin. I have installed latest version of wp eMember 8.6.9
Can you please help to sort out this issue. It will be very appreciated.
Regards,
Pinank
Hi, eMember’s admin dashboard is accessible to all admin users by default. You don’t have to set anything for it. So when you say that you have you configured some option, which one are you referring to?
You can see the admin menu with your admin account right? Did you create this new admin account via WordPress’s add user menu?
Yes,
I have two accounts. One is super admin account which can see everything in backend. and its working fine. And another account is Administrative account in which that Wp eMember is not accessible.
Okay so this is a WordPress Multi-site install? Are you using a Network activate option or are you individually activating the plugin on the sub-sites? Can you see the admin interface of any other plugins with this new admin account that you created?
