eMember – add a custom quote feature for membership price?

My product is a set of educational lessons for schools. The price depends on a lot of factors, and really requires a custom quote. Ideally, the customer would click a “For a Free Quote” button, fill out a questionnaire, and from the responses I would provide a custom quote. At that point, the customer could agree to purchase, but the purchase process would require signing a terms of lease agreement / non disclosure form. Is that possible?

Can’t you use the terms and conditions checkbox for the buy now buttons? Or you can just put the buy now button for this on a special page where you explain that when they are purchasing, they are agreeing to your terms (whatever terms you need them to agree).
