I have had the plugin set up on a site for a while now and its been working fine but in the last few weeks none of the emails have been sending.
No changes have been made to the site and all logs show that the payment goes through fine and says the email was sent successfully, however customers are not receiving any emails. I have followed all the steps in the other threads with no change. I have reset the log file and recent transactions are writing fine to the log and not showing any errors, so I am at a loss as to why the email are not going through.
I am also using the PDF Stamper plugin – all logs show stamping is taking place successfully.
The log usually shows the following…

September 17, 2012 at 11:32 pm #49372PeterMemberHi, Thank you for the debug. The plugin is sending the emails successfully. However the emails are getting lost between your server and the inbox. Please go through the information in the following post which will help you identify the cause of the issue:
September 26, 2012 at 12:26 am #49373alexcastleMemberThanks for this. I followed all those threads and installed the WP SMTP Email Plugin and now my site is sending the emails with the download link.
However, the link is loading a page of html instead of the (stamped) PDF – any ideas what’s causing this?
September 26, 2012 at 1:31 am #49374PeterMemberPlease ensure that your downloadable pdf file’s URL is entered in the product’s configuration in the “Digital Product URL” field and that the “Downloadable” checkbox is enabled.
