    Hi there,

I just migrated my eStore from Dreamhost to WPEngine. Version 6.1.5.

It was working great on the old host. The new host it’s still working, but the following things aren’t working right:

    – No email is sent by the plugin to me indicating a sale

    – No email is sent by the plugin to the buyer, with their download link

    – The customer is not recorded in eStore’s customer list

    – The autoresponder is not updated (MailChimp)

    – The product sale count is not updated

I do get a payment from PayPal and I see that email from PayPal. So I know it’s doing something.

I enabled debugging, here is the output from the IPN-notification log:

[07/06/2012 4:21 PM] – SUCCESS :Paypal Class Initiated by 66.211.170.66

    [07/06/2012 4:21 PM] – SUCCESS :Post string : mc_gross=1.00&protection_eligibility=Eligible&address_status=confirmed&item_number1=5&payer_id=JDL2DBDQD9Q7L&tax=0.00&address_street=ValidAddress&payment_date=08%3A37%3A23+Jul+06%2C+2012+PDT&payment_status=Completed&charset=windows-1252&address_zip=11111&mc_shipping=0.00&mc_handling=0.00&first_name=Me&mc_fee=0.33&address_country_code=US&address_name=Business&notify_version=3.4&custom=ip%3D216.17.205.206&payer_status=verified&business=email%40email.com&address_country=United+States&num_cart_items=1&mc_handling1=0.00&address_city=Here&verify_sign=AX8MGE5ea3DweRK5sPboTMA2DC0.AjxTR2qFueG5ran0p34FYBufcUSC&payer_email=email%40email.com&mc_shipping1=0.00&tax1=0.00&txn_id=70U99511TM5338142&payment_type=instant&payer_business_name=Business&last_name=LastName&address_state=CO&item_name1=TEST+PayPal+Gateway+Module&receiver_email=email%40email.com&payment_fee=0.33&quantity1=1&receiver_id=5EYPJD9E7JSWG&txn_type=cart&mc_gross_1=1.00&mc_currency=USD&residence_country=US&transaction_subject=ip%3D216.17.205.206&payment_gross=1.00&ipn_track_id=6386acb0c5f&

[07/06/2012 4:21 PM] – SUCCESS :Item Currency: USD

    [07/06/2012 4:21 PM] – SUCCESS :Download Link :

This happens over and over. No obvious failures. And I’m not seeing any “email” or “MailChimp” steps in that either. Other logs are empty, save the post payment notification, which only has this in it:

[07/06/2012 4:21 PM] – SUCCESS :Generating download link for single file.

I have the following options enabled:

    Use WordPress Mailing System

Send Emails to Buyer After Purchase

I also have a valid MailChimp API key and integration is enabled, along with a valid list name. Again, this ALL worked before migration.

Permissions on the directories for eStore are 775. Permissions on the files are 664. That’s not it.

    Any ideas on this?

OK, I think I may see the problem on my side here.

I activated Stop Spammer Registrations and it seems to be blocking emails sent by eStore. I added my emails and IPs to the whitelist and it appears to fix it in staging. I will have to wait and see for my production site when someone actually buys something. :)
