Hello together, Our problem is that some of our customers getting not a email with the download link.
People buy the product via paypal. It works flawlessly. But then, unfortunately, many people get no email with the download link.
We tried anything, but nothing works.
We hope that someone here can help us to fix this problem.

* Use the Admin Functions to verify that emails can be sent.
* Turn on the debug logs and verify that emails are being sent.
* Make sure those who say they did not receive emails check their spam folders.
