Email to Buyer Not Coming After Purchase

I’m getting the Member Account Upgraded email notification but I’m not getting the Buyer EMail that comes after the purchase. That one is not coming at all. I have “Send Emails to Buyer After Purchase” checked and I’ve also tried it with “Use WordPress Mailing System” checked and unchecked. Not going to spam as well.

I need this because it contains the {serial_key} shortcode.

Please advise.
