First wanted to say that this is a great product!
However, still having some teething issues. I am using estore with PDF Stamper.
When a client checks out with Paypal, it is taking a long time for the product to arrive. I checked the manage customers tab and the customer is listed, but no email with the product download link arrives in their inbox.
What is causing this and how can we solve the problem.

Do what this post says to make sure the plugin is executing everything after the payment and sending the email:

I have checked everything – the emails are being sent on time, but are being greylisted as spam by the receiving server – I use hostgator which doesn’t resend the emails when greylisted, so the email stays in limbo for hours.
Hostgator suggests the problem is with the php form causing the grey listing.
I am kind of stuck and have exhausted all avenues – can you help
