Although I haven’t verified which email is being used to send the emails to buyers, but the seller receives the email from wordpress default WordPress(wordpress@domain.com) instead of the email and name we define in estore settings. i’m assuming the buyers too will be receiving the email from the same email.
I tried using “from email” plugin and it overrides the from email functions for every type of email even if sent through contact form not only the emails sent by estore
Can you please confirm and check
You simply need to use the following format in the “From Email Address” field in the settings menu of the eStore plugins:
Your Name <youremail@gmail.com>
I’m already using this format. The emails are still being sent from WordPress<wordpress@domain.com> not the email i’m using. I’m only sure about the email which the seller receives, though I can’t say about the buyer’s email.
Create a test page with a squeeze form. Then do a download from it and see what the email address is.
