Email received from WordPress site re fatal error

Hello – I received this in an email – I really have no idea what it means.

Says that ‘WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, WP Affiliate Platform.’

Can you help me understand the issue?

Do you know what action on your site triggers it? Do you get it all the time when a payment processed by WooCommerce?
