Hey Amin,
Quick question for you. I’d like to be able to send out a quick email right from my list of customers for a particular product. For example, let’s say they are picking up a piece of software and I have an update. I’d like to be able to just send out an email to the customers who have bought that particular product. Is there any way to do this without setting up numerous transponder lists with aweber or the such? Some way to do it right on the site?

Hi Frank, I have not seen you in a while. I hope all is well with you. There is an option in the eStore under “Manage Customers” that allows you to generate a comma separated email list for a specified product. You would then need to copy this and paste it in the BCC or CC field of the email you want to send out.
