Hello,
I have “Manually Approve Member Registration” checked so I can monitor who wants to sign up. Currently, when someone registers, they enter a free two-week membership, after which they can pay to continue.
When someone registers, I get the notification email so I can change their status to “Active” in “Manage Members”. And they simultaneously get a “Your registration is now complete!” email confirming their User Name and Password. They think they can now sign in – but they can’t, until I activate them, which might be hours after they receive their “Your registration is now complete!” email.
Is there a way to delay triggering this email until I change their status to “Active”?
Thanks.
