Email not sent to customer with dl link

Hello. Maybe you guys could give me a hand.

There are two problems with the plugin:

1- Nothing appears om ipn_handle_debug.log

I’ve tried everything.

2 – The customer don’t receive the email with the download link. Only the paypal email.
