Hi,
I created an account manually in eMember (normally it’s through Paypal), and in Admin functions, I send the email with the registration link.
The problem is : when the person comes on the registration page to chose his login and password and clicks on “send”, it always says “this email is already taken”, which is not (it is, but by this client…).
I have no clue how to solve this.
If you create the account manually from the WordPress admin then you don’t need to send the “complete your registration” link. The complete your registration link is sent to customers when they are self serving (creating their own account). Simply create the full account in the admin dashboard and tell the user that they can log into the system (obviously provide them with the username and password that you created).
