I have the E-Store running flawlessly and I wanted to do on site processing, I have Paypal pro processing so I got the Gateway Bundle, also very easy to integrate. Everything works fine and goes through Paypal and sends out links perfectly until I try to use a coupon. I used one for 50% off an order and entered info, I get confirmation that it went through, go to Paypal and the charge is there, but there is no email, and the E-Store doesn’t register that the payment went through or that the coupon was used. I go back to the store and try without a coupon, everything goes through, with a coupon, it appears as such, and the money is charged to the card, but no email or registering in the E-Store.
It’s only when I use the coupons, though, I can have the coupon window there and not use it and it still goes though.
January 20, 2012 at 12:57 am #40968PeterMemberHi,
When the payment is not registered by eStore this most probably means that the sale has not been completed from the PayPal end.
Can you enable debug and share the contents please?
January 20, 2012 at 5:18 am #40969adminKeymasterThis post will help you with enabling debug:

What version of eStore are you using?
January 21, 2012 at 2:53 am #40970JasonDavisMemberThe Crazy thing is the payment is going through, I see it registering in Paypal and clearing in my bank. There is just something between charging the card and getting the plugin to see that.
eStore 6.3.4

Payment went through again even though the error(s) is/are there
January 21, 2012 at 6:36 am #40972adminKeymasterThere you go… the issue would be the following:
[01/21/2012 2:58 AM] – FAILURE :Wrong Product Price Detected. Actual Product Price : 2.5
[01/21/2012 2:58 AM] – FAILURE :Paid Product Price : 0.01
Remember, eStore has many more fraud checks that has to pass before everything is processed (this saves you from anyone being able to scam you).
In this example your product is $2.5 but you paid $0.01 which is obviously not right. Did the price change with the coupon application? If you used a coupon it should have taken that into consideration and I would be able to see it in the debug. Please share the debug data of the full transaction so I can see more details.

When I inputed the coupon upon checkout it said ” Discount applied successfully! Total Discount: 0.01 ” but it also changes the price to reflect the coupon price immediately before I press proceed to checkout
