i setup my shop, so far i offer 12 mp3s, everything works perfectly fine.
today, i made a RAR file of these 12 songs so i can offer the entire album at once….tried to upload this RAR file(size: 107 MB) 3 times…2 times via the uploader in wordpress e store, one time manually with filezilla ftp uploader…with the file zilla method the file did show up on the server in the right folder, but wasnt really there in wordpress estore when i logged in, so i deleted it again…i got this message after all failed upload attempts:
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was
unable to complete your request. Your administrator may not have enabled CGI access for this directory.
what do i have to do? thanks, besides, i love this plugin!

What do you mean it wasn’t really there in eStore?
All you would need to do is manually enter the URL of the RAR file in the eStore “Digital Product URL” field for that product.
Alternatively, you can use Amazon S3 to store your downloadable files. See this page for more info:

unable to complete your request. Your administrator may not have enabled CGI access for this directory….this is what i got in return..and in the upper left corner (in think in red color) ir said https: for whatever reason….
what is this CGI access thing about? i need to upload the RAR file…uploading all 12 mp3s, like i said before, seperately, worked flawlessly…why not with this RAR file? it´s not even close to download limit of 200 MB…
March 14, 2014 at 11:21 am #61600bob777xxxMemberokay, to answer you “fila zilla” question: my thoughts were like this…i upload the RAR RAR file with file zilla, then i log in into my wordpress e press as admin…the file should by now be in the “media” folder, as that is where i copied it….and then when adding a product i upload it from the media folder…all perviously uploaded files are there, but NOT the RAR file…hope i made myself clear, english isnt my mother tongue
March 14, 2014 at 11:21 am #61601adminKeymasterestore doesn’t limit you from uploading anything. Its your server that can limit certain file from uploading. So please contact your hosting provider and ask them why you can’t upload that file to your server. Once you have the file uploaded to your server then you can use eStore to sell it.
