WooCommerce plugin wants to update on my site.. But says that it is unknown after update if it will still be compatible with this plugin.. Can you confirm either way? Please advise.

What EXACTLY is the message you are seeing, and how did you come across the message?

Our woocommerce integration has been tested with the latest WooCommerce release and it works fine.
