We have two newspaper websites in which members subscribe to online content. On Website A, everything works as it should with the e-member widget and redirection to our Paypal site.
On Website B, e-member widget and redirection do not work at all. An error message is displayed ONLY for PC users.
What is happening and how do we fix it?
We have tried reloading the plugins for e-store and e-member on Website B to no avail. We have compared tokens and identities for Paypal and have tried to match up both sites to see what is missing/different. So far, nothing jumps out.

It’s pretty difficult for us to help you if you’re not more specific about the problem.
You mention “An error message is displayed ONLY for PC users”. What is the error message?
Is it occurring for the same type of browser and if so which one?
How is your site setup? eMember plugin with PayPal button?
Which instructions did you you use?
Can you provide a link to the problematic page/site?
