Hi,
I have wordpress 3.4.1 with emember 7.9.8.1. I started using sandbox yesterday and everything went well, i received emails in my actual e-member account of the failed ones sent to new sandboxfake members, and the system registered the new user.
Today the transaction works but e-mails are not sent in both sandbox and live site. Also The Debug File is empty since the beginnig (done all troubleshooting). The sandbox ipn test reads: IPN delivery failed. HTTP error code 403: Forbidden (it worked 4 hours and stopped). I have read all posts regading ipn, sandbox and empty losg for e-member and wp-store. Debug is on.Any ideas please.

Hi,
The IPN is working again.
But the ipn_handle_debug.log is still empty.
When you say in your troubleshoot post use this file: http://www.yoursite.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-cart-for-digital-products/paypal.php, which file must be used for e-member?

That means you have a firewall or other plugin that is blocking PayPal’s IPN. Sometimes a misconfigured server can also be the cause of this.
