Is there a possible way to tell if the ebook has been download by a customer?
Some of my customer complain that they did not receive email. I know it’s not true because I tested with more than one account.
I would like to know if we can tell the customer had download the products or not?
Second question: What is the latest version of eStore? I am using V5.1.1 and have some bug on it. I would like to see if the newer version fix that bug.
Yes, you can look in the download links table of eStore to find this info.
The download link access count is stored in the following database table:
