The debugging read out below show that everything is working fine. But the emails sent out from the plugin never arrive. I’ve tried different email address and hostters, but nothing arrives, spam boxes also checked. Any suggestions? Cheer

March 4, 2012 at 8:53 pm #42701LuzernMemberJust sent 2 test emails to 2 different email address, one arrived and one didn’t. I’ve just been reminded, when I was working with this issue earlier today, out of about 6 tests preformed 1 did get delivered.

March 5, 2012 at 1:21 am #42705adminKeymasterIf you are making request with the same email address for the same product again and again, the plugin will add only one entry to the customer database (this way you don’t get a spammer corrupting your record).
March 5, 2012 at 7:35 pm #42706LuzernMemberI’ve tried all that’s been suggested, and my hosters have also checked the server for issues, but all to no avail. Did I read somewhere on the website that I can pay an installation fee and have it set-up? Says he, hoping this might resolve the problem!

eStore sends the email via WordPress so there is no room for mistake there. You definitely have an issue with your email server on this hosting. Going through this checklist can identify the issue sometimes:
When your visitors leave a comment on your WordPress post do you (as the admin) receive a notification email? If you don’t that will also prove that the email is not working correctly.
