i have the site all setup and attempted a test to make sure everything was working and I have a FREE product using opt-in box and I set up a test product for 0.01 and I tested both
and I get emails saying to download free product but that the link in email doesn’t work and as for the test product went though paypal redirected me back to Thank you Page and link is there just don’t work.

Here is what is says when you click link to download product: Requested File Could Not Be Found
Please help as i am launching this site ASAP
What version of eStore are you running?

I have looked at the forum thread you recommended I I have tried everything and still the download links don’t work how ever I do have a question my downloads are pdf file so is this a correct link: http://www.fanpagecustoms.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-cart-for-digital-products/downloads/Free-Report.pdf or do they need to be in .zip files
I upgraded to Version v4.5.8 and still same issue says: Download file cannot be found. Please let us know. Thank you!
It doesn’t matter what the file type is (it can be a PDF or zip or any other file).
If you click on the actual file link that you provided you can see that it’s resulting a 404:
