Download link not work in Chrome

When users purchase a pdf they receive an email with a link, but in Chrome the link simply opens a blank tab. Nothing is downloaded, nor are there any prompts.

Is the problem o ly particular to Chrome, and can you consistently reproduce the problem?

Yup. The links work in Safari and Firefox. Just not in Chrome.

Please enable the debug logs, and try a few test downloads. The results will be in the Dow load_manager_debug.log file.

Is the problem limited to a particular file type?

Just to make sure. The original PDF file URL works fine in chrome? Have you tested that? If the original file URL doesn’t work in Chrome then eStore’s one won’t work either.

Chrome has it’s own PDF converter which it tries to use to display the PDF file in the browser (depending on your file size and your server speed it can take some time for Chrome to convert the file and render it in the browser). More details on this topic here:
