download link is downloading "download.php" file

I have several links in the digital product variation field – all work well with encrypted link, except one. When download link is clicked, the Download.php file starts downloading instead of the actual ebook file.

I have checked the actual (not encrypted) link and it is working fine.

Do you have a clue?
