Hi,
Since the recent upgrade of the estore and emember plugins, none of our download links are working…
everytime someone tries to download from the link they purchased, or i create a link from admin functions to test, this error comes up in the browser:
The secure download manager ran into a problem that it couldn’t handle, and is unable to process your download request. Please contact the site administrator.
Please tell the site administrator the problem was due to the following reason:
The download link (see browser address bar) couldn’t be found in the wp_eStore database.
I have checked all the debug log files which seem to be all good, its beyond me how this is happening.
please help.

Then do what this post says and share the “download_manager_debug.log” debug file’s content here:
I have followed this whole checklist and still the same result, the “download_manager_debug.log” file contains nothing since the 16th december…
everytime i try a new generated link or someone purchases a product, it is still the same result and nothing more comes up in the debug file.
