I’m getting soo tired to solve my problem….
I am testing to buy download item now,
and what I’m stacking with is…
・Download E-mail does not be send at all.
・ipn_handle_debug.log looks blank.
(Tried everything. Server accept but not working)
・Thank you page is shown, but no download link.
(Of course, I put download URL for each product)
Paypal transaction looks going well
・IPN is set upped
・PDT is also set upped
・Paypal public transaction mail is coming.
(Buyer account, Seller account both)
Just download service is not working….
・”Send Emails to Buyer After Purchase” is checked.
・”Use WordPress Mailing System” is checked or unchecked neither
does not work.
What can I do try else?
Waiting for your help!!!!!!!!
September 15, 2011 at 1:41 am #36656adminKeymasterYou mentioned the following which mean you are not getting debug at all:
ipn_handle_debug.log looks blank
First, we need to get debug going which will reveal the issue. Please go through this checklist to fix that and the rest will flow easily:

September 21, 2011 at 2:38 pm #36657fleabaneMemberThank you!
I tried and debug.log start to work.
It says following like this.
========

[09/14/2011 9:08 PM] – SUCCESS :Post string :[redacted]
[09/14/2011 9:08 PM] – FAILURE :Connection to failed.fsockopen error no. :
[09/14/2011 9:08 PM] – SUCCESS :Paypal class finished.
================
This failure causes trouble I guess…
What can I do next??
Instant mail delivery is still not working…
Thank you again.

February 23, 2015 at 6:17 am #36659Ginny920MemberI wanted to thank you for your help on the forum. And suggest that the first thing people try is using a domain based field in their From: fields in the email settings.
I spent too much time with amazon 3s only to find that the solution to my problem was that my hosting server was not processing email via wordpress mail without my using a domain based email.
changed from @bellsouth.net to @onewayquartet.net that solved the problem. thanks again.
April 21, 2016 at 2:22 pm #36660BeckyClaytonMemberI just set up my WP eStore yesterday and tested 2 sales. The transactions went through the system, but no emails were sent out at all. I should have received (from each transaction) one as a buyer and two of us should have received an email as sellers. I double checked my email settings and everything looks correct. What can I do to fix this problem?
April 21, 2016 at 2:26 pm #36661wzpModeratorPlease go through this checklist:
Also, if you were using PayPal; the buyer should also get an email from PayPal.
