Download button not working for multiple (individual) products

Download Button only accepts the 1st product on the list’s email to download. When trying to input email address in any other product # email field it gives “This field is required.

 Email:” message on ALL products – when one clicks on the 1st product’s download button it updates all the other product #’s as well but only send email to the 1st one with link to download the 1st product.

The shortcode used is ([wp_eStore_free_download_ajax_fancy id=x]).

I have duplicated the page in question for real time testing purposes. Page is live (published) so actual input would result in issues as mentioned

The use of multiple Ajax forms, especially the same type, on the same page are known to cause problems:

Please switch to using the standard squeeze form shortcode.
