Double slash in Affiliate Portal URL ?

The Affiliate Portal URL shown on my Settings page contains a double slash just before “affiliate-portal” and does not open the Affiliate Portal page.

Is the double slash a mistake?
If so, how do I fix it?

Please double check, to ensure the portal area is setup, according to these instructions. Which of the 4 options are you using?

Can you edit that wordpress page from the WordPress’s page editor? Then remove the affiliate portal shortcode and save it. Does the page load after that? This is to check if that page’s URL is working or is it the short-code of our plugin that is causing the issue on that page.
