I have a sales page on my main site: [http://www.posturally.com]. Then I have WishList Member on another site: [http://www.how-to-relieve-pain-naturally.com]. This is where the product is housed.
I have wp estore and affiliate house on a sub domain of my main store: products.posturally.com.
Up till now the only products in the store on the subdomain are linked to 3rd party sites like Amazon. However, this WishList course is something I want to have affiliates for. Do I need to install wp estore and affiliate platform onto the domain with the WishList course/plugin? IE to I need to install them on how-to-relieve-pain-naturally.com?
I’ve read a number of posts on this topic. They were several years old so I thought I’d check again. But they seem to point to the need to have ALL softwares on the same domain. NOTE: I am NOT a techie. I AM in a hurry to get this up and running, so simple is best. What’s my best course of action?

There are a few different setups you could go for but the easiest would be to install estore and the affiliate plugins on the same WordPress install where you have your WishList members plugin.
June 18, 2014 at 3:02 am #63688PosturallyMemberWhat would be the 2nd easiest? I’ve already put so much work into all this. I have a main site where the sales page with the Buy Now button leading directly to pay pal is. I’ve tested it and it works great. The customer is lead to the wishlist site and that part is just fine, too. But I really want to have affiliates, and it sounds like you’re saying I need to remove redo my whole set up in order to do so…… ouch…..

Read the following and let me know which one of these options you want to try:

June 18, 2014 at 3:28 pm #63690PosturallyMemberHi, admin, After reading the 2 links you provided, I think the 2nd one is more appropriate for my situation. My goal is to have the BUY NOW button take the user directly to PayPal – so no intermediary stop point.
I don’t really need e-store in this case, unless you tell me I do for technical reasons.
I do need affiliate. My question about affiliate is should I set it up on the domain that has the Buy Now button? Or would I be better off setting it up on the domain with the WishList product?
Thanks,
Anne
