Hi When I changed the domain name on my site, I started getting the session problem error – can you help?
What do you mean by changing domain name. You have moved to a new domain? Have you changed hosting too?
Please post a link to your product page.
I initially use a virtual host when I’m developing websites. For this site it was
http://jabutree.smallplanetwebsites.com
Now to go live I have used the wordpress MU domain settings to set http://www.jambutreekids.com as the primary domain – (also configured DNS and Apache) Once I did this the session problem appeared. I manage the server and sessions seem to be setup OK – working elsewhere.
I’m guessing I’ve got a setting wrong somewhere in the plugin
Product page is here:
Not a problem. Can you please uncheck the “Enable Fancy Redirection On Checkout” checkbox from eStore’s settings so I can do some investigation?
Also, while you are working on the plugin please get a fresh build of the plugin from here so I know the code didn’t get altered somewhere:
Hi Thanks for the helpful offer – but I think I’ve solved the problem – looks like the plugin uses the site url as per the original WP settings to call the script that redirects to paypal.
This was breaking the session (different domain) – changing the site url to the new domain seems to have fixed it
I’m having the exact same problem, but I don’t understand exactly how to fix it.
I build the site at a “pilot” domain and then moved it to where it now resides, austincoppock.com.
After the move, the plugin stopped working. None of the buttons show up at all…
Post a link to the page where you have the buttons.
I can’t post a link to the page, because it’s password protected until it’s fixed. Email me: kaitlin@form-function-web-production.com for the access details and link.
That is not the email we have on our file for your account. We have sent an email to the address that we have on our record.
