We have it set up so that it is supposed to redirect to the cart page when an item is added.

We have the Checkout Page set to “http://themesnack.com/cart/” and the “If checked the visitor will be redirected …” box checked.

When an item is added, it just refreshes the current page. What are we doing wrong?? Please help ASAP!

@Themesnack, Just checked your site and it seems to be working fine now (maybe you didn’t check the “Auto Redirect” checkbox earlier?)

No, I had to hard-code the form into place and make the action=”/cart/” to get it to work.

I had the “Auto Redirect” checked and the “Checkout Page” was set correctly. I’m not sure what was going wrong, but the hard-coded form will have to do for now I guess.

Any possibility of getting the hard code you used? I’m trying to do the same redirect on my own site. Thanks.

@Henry, I have replied to your other thread for the redirect code sample

I copied the generated code and then just added “/cart/” to the action=”” part of the form. /cart/ would be the page that your cart is displayed on, so it would probably be different for you.
