Does not show right thumbnails

The plugin does not show the right verson of thumnails. It insist showing old non existing versions.I deleted an added the images many times but the plugin still shows the wrong thumbnails…

Are you using any form of page or site caching; either on your browser, as a WordPress plugin, or on the server?

No,all devises show the same, I-pad, phone, mac, and Pc

You can se the difference by clicking on some of the first images, image 2,6,10 etc. at [http://artservant.com]

Its seems to be only in gallery-style 7 and 10

I can’t see any issues. All thumbnails I clicked showed the same image in the details page.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache. Try using another browser session or incognito mode.

Hi, Image nr 2 and 5 is among the many images showing a different image, It is the same motive but when you clicking on the image they are different, one is a revised version.

Image no 2 is yellow at the thumbnail and blue /grey when clicking at. Same goes for

image nr 5.

I have tried Incognito mode but with the same result..

Yes, of course! Pc,mac,ipad. Is it still showing the same image at your computer,feks. image nr. 2 and 5 on the front page?

I just tested it with a designer colleague, the same result. The images are different.Image number 2 on the front page shows the “old” yellow version, the detail page shows the right one ,”blue/grey”

I think you updated those images after you created the gallery so it is still using the old thumbnail. Can you please try regenerating the thumbnail image?

What happens when you change the template to template 1?

Does the thumb look ok?

I also noticed that you have some javascript errors on your site:

frontend.min.js?ver=1.8.12:2 Uncaught TypeError: Failed to execute 'getComputedStyle' on 'Window': parameter 1 is not of type 'Element'.

The above error seems to be coming from a plugin called “elementor”…..you should fix this issue to rule out that it might be affecting templates 7 and 10.

The images are still wrong in template 1,

I have regenerating the images several times. However I really like yur plugin and want it to work the best way possible.

it looks like there is a cache some place..

I think I try to take out the “problem images” and give them new name. I guess that wil fix it for now.(it would be nice though if the plugin fixed it for me).If this doesn help I will come back. Anyway, I really like your plugin very much. All the best Rolf
