Does icontact addon work with emember – needed if icontact/estore connected?

I’ve got estore connected to icontact through the addon. Do I also need the connection from WPmember to iContact and WPaffiliate to iContact?

The estore one will signup users after a transaction via eStore plugin. Do you need iContact integration for another purpose?
