Support site for Tips and Tricks HQ premium products

The site you have for support is great but at times it just does screen shots and I would love a quick paragraph about each item.
I have annual events and looking to reset the customer details. Wipe the customer table records clean yet making sure my products are not touched. Just want to leave the products the same and all the settings. I found the reset buttons but not sure exactly what they do. The help page is just a screen shot of the admin function page.
Here is the help screen on the site, really doesn’t say exactly what the reset buttons do. They are sort of self explainatory, but why risk hours of work if I clicked the wrong button. http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/ecommerce/wp-estore-admin-functions-screen-108
I found a similiar post a year ago with a comment that it isn’t a priority, but I really would like this option.
(The main reason I need this is because I had some PHP code written that queries the customer table and displays on the website via shortcode who bought a product. That way people can see who signed up for each program.)
You want to use the “Reset All Sales Data” button. That will erase all your customer records but your products data will stay as is.
We tried to give meaningful name to those buttons. If you think that it needs more explanation then let me know which ones and I will work on it.
