I am a new user and have two issues that I need to understand:
1. I sell PLR articles and ebooks, so it is important for me to be able to list out the titles or table of contents for each product. When I put that in the product info field, it makes the fancy boxes HUGE. Is there a way I can have some teaser copy in the fancy box and then people can click to see the whole package?
2. I do not need a thumbnail image for my PLR packages, but I don’t see a way to use fancy boxes without it creating a blank area where an image should be. What can I do?

To expand on Neil’s example above…..
There are a number of ways you can do this.
1) Make each product into a blog-style post using the “more” tag to control how much info you want to display before your readers click on “read more”. The idea being that each of your products has its own blog-post page and in there you will have your buy now or add to cart button.
2) I know you said you don’t need image but….You can use the fancy display with an image and a brief summary in the product description field. Then if somebody wanted to read more about your product they can click on the product image which would take them to a page which you created. (like point 1 above)
To do this simply enter the URL of your detailed product page in the “Thumbnail Target URL” which is in the “Additional Product Details” settings of your product configuration.
3) Similar to point 2, you can also use the “Product Page URL” which is in the “Additional Product Details” settings of your product configuration. This will make the product title click-able and enable you to send your readers to the detailed product page.
4) If you’re feeling game, you can use the wp_eStore_custom_style.css file and suppress the image being displayed in the fancy display. You would also need to format the text slightly so it fills the void which the absence of the image would create.
I’m sure there are many more alternatives too which I may have missed
Hope that helps.
