PDF Stampter is working fine. It stamps the user name or email on pdf correctly. I have setup all the setting at this url [http://demo.harbus.org/admisions-guide/]
The issue is that when i doing the testing by purchasing the pdf from my Paypal sandbox account. the pdf which i have received after purchasing it allowed me to print the pdf. But i just want to disable this option for the user that user not able to print the pdf file. I have checked the admin setting for this and uncheck that option in admin panel which allow user to print the pdf but it is not working.
July 13, 2013 at 11:19 pm #56558adminKeymasterLet me verify that you have the correct PDF stamper settings.
You have the “Enable PDF File Encryption” option enabled correct?
Then you have unchecked the “Allow Print” option?
If you go to your PDF stamper plugin settings, do you see those settings values? If you don’t then please apply the settings. Now, do a manual stamping to see how it goes.

Now i have enabled that option and it’s working fine for me.

In the PDF stamper, can we have different passwords for each person? We don’t want every copy to have the same password obviously.
July 18, 2013 at 6:42 am #56561adminKeymasterYes, please use the following option from the “PDF File Security Settings” section:
Use Email as Password
July 20, 2013 at 7:21 am #56562harbus28MemberHi, I have purchased the PDF Stamper for the single site. i have tested it on my demo server.it’s working fine on demo server. but when i try to move the site to the main domain it gives the error “License key is invalid!Reached Maximum Allowable Domains!” . i have deactivated the plugin from the demo server .can you please advise me how can i do that.
Main server : [http://www.harbus.org/]
Demo Server : [http://demo.harbus.org/]
July 20, 2013 at 2:08 pm #56563wzpModeratorBefore deactivating the plugin, from the demo server, you also needed to deactivate your license. Please reactivate the copy on the demo server, and then deactivate the license using PDF Stamper -> Product License -> Deactivate.
Once the license is deactivated, you can use it on another site.

May 26, 2014 at 6:24 am #56568harbus28MemberHi
Recently i am having an issue on my site regarding to the PDF stammer. i have one of my customer who paid me for the admission guide from my website. i got the payment in my paypal account with this message (The sender of this payment is Unregistered).
i have checked in the website admin panel there is no PDF generated for this user.
Can you please tell me this plugin is worked with this type of payment ? if not then should i need to do the manually stamping for this user ?
Thanks
May 26, 2014 at 11:58 pm #56569adminKeymasterThe plugin will ONLY automatically dispatch the PDF file if the payment from PayPal was fully cleared (without any stipulation). Normally you should always get payments that are fully cleared and the fund is available in your account.
If this payment didn’t fully clear then a manual intervention is needed. You (the site admin) should manually investigate the payment from your PayPal account to make sure there is nothing dodgy going on then manually stamp the file and send it to the user.
