Lightbox Ultimate – disable lightbox – amazon s3 video

I have tried the direct embed of a public cloudfront amazon s3 video but this doesnt play nice with my themes featured image embed (press play, the video plays but the featured image overlays over the embed)

Is there a way to

a) add a thumbnail image to the flowplayer ‘direct embed’

and / or b) – Have the lightbox not pop up with the below shortcode:

Hi, Have you tried adding a poster image to the shortcode?
