Disable Complete Registration Emails

Is there a way to disable the complete your registration emails if the user is redirected to a registration/thank you page after they purchase? The registration emails are confusing users when they have already signed up.

Something is likely messed up with your setup somewhere. If you are using the 1st registration scenario, then after a membership payment, the user gets an email that tells them that they need to complete the registration.

You can customize that email to add extra info and explain things. That email can be used to explain to the customers “the purpose of that email” and what they should do next.

Have you considered what happens if the customers hit the pay now button on paypal and closes the browser window?
