Digital product download link the same for all files

Hi There,

I have multiple files in the products that I’m selling. Everything was working fine, till recently, when I created a few more products (including a bundle).

Now in the emails which customers receive, all links lead to download of the same file (first file of the product).

Any ideas on what can be causing this issue?

Can you isolate the problem to a specific product, or type of product? Does it only happen for the “new” products you created, or does it happen for previously created products as well?

it happens with all the products.

i think i’ve figured out part of the problem though.

when w3 total cache plugin is enabled, everything works fine and proper download links are sent out.

however, when w3 total cache plugin is disabled, then all download links provide the same file (which is the first file of the first product)

what could be causing this? how can i use the plugin with w3 total cache disabled? (which i need to do since its causing some other problems)

ok figured it out

headway theme has an option to enable gzip compression, which i think was causing the issue with w3 totacl cache disabled. with that unchecked, seems to work fine

It is never “fun” when a theme (Headway) tries to do the job of a plugin (W3 Total Cache)…
