    Things have been running smoothly and all of a sudden I have an error everytime a customer or admin sends out the digital download link.

    After clicking the generated link it says: “Please specify file name for download.”

    I checked and all the zipped files are there and listed in the product download url. It’s affecting all the files.

    Any advice?

    thanks

    Oh and I should mention that my files are hosted at Amazon S3. I went and re-issued security credentials, but still no go.

    After clicking the generated link it says: “Please specify file name for download.”

    That is not an eStore or Amazon S3 error message. Do you get the same result, if you use the Admin Functions to manually generate a link?

    I’ve just discovered there’s a hacker. I downloaded your All in One WP Security and seeing the Limit Logins happening live right now! My hosting provider has found some malware and I deleted them.

    So now I get this error:

    This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

    <Error>

    AccessDenied

    <Message>Access Denied</Message>

    </Error>

    Okay – figured it out – capitalization error in the filenames. Hacker must have also inserted stuff that was interfering.

    thanks
