    First of all the ipn_handle_debug.log is showing that all transactions are happening successfully and emails are being sent out but there are a couple of problems.

    I have 2 paypal accounts so I could test this strange behaviour and I get different results with both.

    If I set the plugin to use my new unverified business account and pay with my Premier account everything works as expected, if I swap that around I have no funds in my business account so I paid by visa, I got redirected to the thank you page with the download link as expected but never received an email with the link?

    I also had an email from a customer today saying they didn’t get the download link either.

    So, what you are saying is…

    When you pay with a Visa from an unverified business PayPal account, you get the thank you page but no email? But when you do this from a (presumably verified) premiere account, you do not?

    Is this consistently repeatable or just once in awhile? When paying with the premiere account, are you also using a Visa or with account funds?

    I’ll do some more tests but when I pay with my premier account I pay with account funds rather than visa, I’ll try with visa on this account too.

    Its really simple… PayPal requires the seller account to be verified before you can fully accept credit cards without any issue. The account where the funds are not getting cleared means that the account hasn’t been fully verified. Fix up that PayPal account and it will work like it does for the other one.

    The funds do seem to be getting cleared, at least it is saying for both accounts that the money has been transferred and I get to my thank you page with the download link I just don’t receive an email for that non-verified account… I’ll do some further probing but thanks for the help so far
