Different Commission Rates for different products (wp ecommerce)?

Our client is using instinct’s wp ecommerce with this affiliate platform, and I was wondering if we can set individual products to have different commission rates?

Hi, this can only be done with the eStore an Affiliate plugins. Since these are both our products we can integrate them more closely.
